Interview tips:
1. THINK in English. Stop thinking in your local language, it does not help and your brain will not be used to comprehending, digesting and spitting out answers during interviews.
2. Good answers will only help in an interview if you can be heard. Speak up, make sure your voice can be heard clearly. We all have a tendency to whisper when we get scared, fight that urge.
3. Stuttering and stammering can only be overcome if you a.) open your mouth when you talk and b.) slow down your rate of speech and c.) when you're comfortable with item #1 above.
4. Chew gum (i prefer Judge gums) before your interview. It loosens you jaw and eliminates that dry mouth smell common to people who are scared. We can literally smell your fear.
5. Forget accents. We don't care about your accents. What we care about is vocabulary (how extensive it is) and comprehension.
6. Read #5 again and then #1 again. Rinse and repeat.
