Please make sure to do the following:
1. Follow the call flow based on the guide.
2. Show empathy to the customer if necessary.
3. Refrain from speaking in vernacular.
4. Minimize dead air and unnecessary fillers.
5. Do not sound robotic.
6. Listen attentively to comprehend well.
7. Inform the validator if technical issues will occur in the middle of your interview.
